SMART-CAL 360 is an innovative calibration system designed to enhance the calibration process for SENSIT® instruments. It comes with a variety of features, including the ability to log calibration data, time, date, and performance metrics for sensors and pumps.
One of the standout features of the SMART-CAL 360 is its capability to push firmware updates to selected SENSIT instruments without needing to return them to the factory. Additionally, it tracks sensor life and provides early warnings when it's time to replace calibration bottles.
Standard Features:
A key benefit of the SMART-CAL 360 is its advanced data management software, which facilitates automatic data transfers for compliance reports and sends notifications for overdue or failed calibrations. Logs can be viewed on the large touchscreen display, and reports can be emailed as spreadsheets or PDFs.
SMART-CAL 360 communicates over LAN and Wi-Fi, allowing the station to be positioned conveniently and accessed easily. It is compatible with any SMART-CAL-compatible instrument. The system is equipped with many standard features, including a 7″ touchscreen, IR/NFC/Bluetooth communication, automatic record uploads, calibration and bump memory storage, an SD card for database backup, configuration backup, and firmware updates.
Test Gases:
The SMART-CAL 360 system also includes gas bottle supply monitoring, configurable valves, wireless firmware updates, Wi-Fi/LAN connectivity (for network stations), USB support (for desktop stations), filtered and replaceable gas port connections, and an LED status indicator (for busy, ready, pass, fail, or check gas supply).

SMART-CAL 360 also features automatic date adjustments and advanced reporting capabilities, which include alerts for past-due instrument tests, instrument failure alerts, monthly compliance reports, custom reports, service reports, and calibration gas expiration reports.
Software Compatibility:
The system is compatible with SCAL-D 360 (Desktop), SCAL-N 360 (Network), and other Data Management Software. Additionally, SMART-CAL 360 provides text alerts for test-due notifications and is compatible with SMART-CAL 360, SMART-CAL, SCAL-100, and SCAL-400.
