The PS-75 is a heavy-duty tool designed to squeeze pipes up to 2” Schedule 80 steel or pipes with challenging chemistry.
Closure is achieved through short pump strokes that deliver 34 tons of controlled force. To release the pressure, simply turn the release knob. The PS-75 features newly redesigned rounded jaws that minimize the risk of severing brittle pipes or those made from unknown materials.
For added safety, any over-pumping activates a unique Pressure Relief Bypass System without affecting the pressure on the pipe itself. The latched lower jaw and 90° swivel head allow for easy maneuverability in tight spaces, while the steel-wire centering whiskers and non-conductive fiberglass insulated handles ensure a faster and safer squeeze-off every time.
An optional color-coded Squeeze Force Gauge Assembly is available. This gauge provides a reference for the approximate force range needed to achieve flow control on pipe sizes from 3/4” to 2” IPS.
